Paying for On-Campus Medical Services
Access to medical care will be billed through your personal health insurance provider: Click here to see a list of current Providence Medical Group contracted payors.
We are pleased to announce that there is now a fund to assist with “out-of-pocket" costs that exceed $75/visit (after your insurance pays its portion of the medical charges).
If you receive a bill for more than $75 (after your insurance processes a claim), please call 503-683-1097 and they will provide financial assistance. (Note, this financial assistance is available to any student that has had a medical visit this academic year, including during the fall semester.)

Yes. TimelyCare providers can prescribe medications that they feel are clinically necessary and safe. Not all medical conditions can be treated virtually, and often you may be referred back to Â鶹´«Ã½ Fox’s Health and Counseling Services for an in-person visit and diagnostic testing.
Yes, TimelyCare supplements our existing services available through the Health and Counseling Center.
In addition, if you’re concerned about your mental health or are experiencing an urgent mental health need after hours, you can call the national Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (988) or the Yamhill County Crisis Line (503-244-9130). If you’re in immediate danger, contact Campus Public Safety at 503-554-2090 or dial 911.
We recommend that you not use both the TimelyCare counseling and Â鶹´«Ã½ Fox Health and Counseling Center counseling simultaneously. It's best to work with one counselor. If you are finding that a particular service isn’t meeting your needs, it’s fine to change to TimelyCare and/or Health and Counseling Center counseling for support.
As a TimelyCare patient, your visit records will be saved as part of your medical records and will be shared with licensed medical providers and counselors at the Â鶹´«Ã½ Fox Health and Counseling Center. If you want to share your records with a physician outside of TimelyCare, you can print or email your records, or call 833-4-TIMELY to have a copy of your records sent to your provider.
3-7 minutes on average
Students will receive email reminders as they approach their visit limit. TimelyCare’s support team will work with students to allow time to finalize a plan. Students can always utilize in-person care at the university or resources in the community. Students who cancel or no-show within the 24-hour cancellation period will not have that appointment counted against their visit limit.
