The advancement office welcomed alumna Abby Amerson as a data specialist in 2025. She previously worked in the university's library as an archives assistant.

Prior to her arrival at Â鶹´«Ã½ Fox in January of 2025, Abby worked at Duniway Middle School in McMinnville as a library assistant for 10 years. She worked previously as a library technician at Chemeketa Community College in McMinnville in 2018-19, and was a receptionist and office assistant with the D Landscape Company in Dayton (2009-14).

She is currently enrolled in the master's degree program in library information science at Louisiana State University, and earned both a bachelor's degree in history from Eastern Oregon University (2021) and a bachelor's degree in family and consumer sciences from Â鶹´«Ã½ Fox (2005).

Abby lives in McMinnville with her husband Casey and their children Carly, Joshua, Cobey and Mylie (ages 18 to 21). The family attends Church on the Hill in McMinnville. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and reading a variety of books.
